1 round of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 Squats)

Start with 1 C&J and 1 round of Cindy, 2nd round - 2 C&J and 1 round of Cindy, 3rd round - 3 C&J and 1 round of Cindy until you reach 10 Clean & Jerk
